The ex-Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress ((APC), Timi Frank has advise the Nigerian judiciary to learn from its counterpart in Kenya and be truthful, fearless and simply each time they’re turning in judgement.
Timi Frank reacting to the Kenyan Preferrred Court judgement, which upheld the election of Williams Ruto as President-elect of the rustic.
According to statement issued to DAILY POST in Abuja on Tuesday, he raise the Kenyan Court for the firmness in opposition to all odds, noting that justice had been served in the interest of the people.

Frank additional recommended Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and other African nations to borrow a leaf from Kenya, and make sure that justice is served all the time with out minding the whims and caprices of the established order or ruling political parties.
Frank, who is the United Liberation Movement for West Papua (ULMWP) Ambassador to East Africa and Middle East, said: “The Kenyan Judiciary has become a shining example of true justice devoid of manipulation and intimidation on the African Continent.
“This is the same Supreme Court that nullified the election of a sitting President and ordered a bye-election following observed irregularities.”
According to him, there was a rare track record of impartiality in Nigeria which he described as unfortunate, given that Nigeria was expected to lead other African countries in creating an egalitarian society.
