The Kogi State Governorship Political decision Appeal Council, sitting in Abuja, on Thursday, saved judgment on the request recorded by the governorship competitor in the November 16, 2019 governorship political race in the state, , Musa Wada of the People groups Law based Gathering.
The candidates are testing the triumph of Representative Yahaya Bello of the All Progressives Congress at the survey.
The three-man board of judges headed by Equity Kashim Kaigama, held judgment for the situation after gatherings received their last composed locations on Thursday.
Candidates’s lawyer, Jibril Okutepa (SAN), in his end contention, encouraged the court to maintain the appeal and request Wada to be returned as the appropriately chosen Legislative leader of Kogi State.
