Buhari wrote to the international community that our nation is battling with Boko Haram and bandits.
The President urged nations to be sensitive and develop means to combat terrorism.
He noted that Nigeria counts on cooperation with neighbours and UN counter-terrorism bodies to bring down terrorists in the Lake Chad Basin and the wider Sahel Region.
