Nigeria @60th: Nigerian Government declares October 1st Public Holiday

The Nigerian government has declared Thursday as public holiday to mark the Nation’s independence day.

Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, minister of Interior congratulated all Nigerians on the celebration of the country’s Diamond Jubilee and assured them of Government’s unwavering commitment to the socio-economic transformation of the country according to Vanguard.
