Lawan, Gbajabiamila meet Buhari, urge #ENDSARS protesters to stand down

Senate President, Ahmad Lawan, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, on Sunday met with Nigerian President, Muhammadu Buhari, at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

Although details of the meeting weren’t made public, each leaders of the federal legislators who later spoke with state house correspondents instructed protesters within the #ENDSARS  rally to stop.

They appealed to the youths to cease the continued protests as the federal government was working onerous to satisfy all their calls for.
