River state Governor, Nyesom Wike has banned all types of protests in Rivers State.
The governor particularly mentioned all proposed protests by ‘End SARS’ campaigners have been prohibited.
Wike’s directive was contained in a press release on Monday evening by his Commissioner for Information and Communications, Paulinus Nsirim.
He defined that there was no want for any type of demonstration for the reason that Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu, had disbanded the Special Anti-Theft Squad of the Nigeria Police Force.
