The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Edo State rejected the result of Saturday’s governorship election in the state.
APC critizied the outcome of the election, claimed the figures were manipulated by the opposition party, PDP.
The Chairman of APC Media Campaign Council, John Mayaki, laid a strong accusation against Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), that the party was involved in Vote-buying.
In his statement “we were intimidated by the PDP”.

Mayaki urged all APC members to stay calm.
Governor Obaseki was declared winner by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) after he polled 307,955 votes to defeat the APC candidate, Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu, who recorded 223,619 votes.
