He had attended the opening ceremony of the conference and retreat organised for Senior police officers in Owerri, Imo State before jetting out.

The terse tweet by his spokesman had noted that the President was expected back in the second week of November.
Meanwhile, during the routine medical checks, the President seized the opportunity to pay a brief visit to the King of England, King Charles.
Both men had engaged in a heart-to-heart talk, where King Charles was reported to have jokingly asked Buhari if he had a residential building in the UK.
Now that he is back, Buhari is expected to flag off the All Progressive Congress Presidential Campaign activities in Jos, Plateau state on Tuesday.
