The Supreme Court on Monday dismissed the appeal by the Peoples Democratic Party’s governorship candidate in Kogi State, Musa Wada, testing the triumph of the State Governor, Yahaya Bello.
The supreme court couldn’t help contradicting the intrigue recorded on five grounds by Wada against Bello’s triumph.

In his intrigue, Wada had asserted that the November 16, 2019, governorship election in the state, was filled with genuine constituent infractions; fixing and over-casting a ballot.
The former PDP governorship up-and-comer additionally asserted that Bello didn’t make sure about the most elevated vote.
Nonetheless, the supreme court drove by the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Tanko Muhammad, other members of the panel like Justices Olabode Rhodes-Vivour, Sylvester Ngwuta, Kudirat Kekere-Ekun, Inyang Okoro, Amina Augie, and Uwani Abba-Aji dismissed the appeal.
