BREAKING: Godwin Obaseki Visits President Buhari, Speaks On His ‘Return’ to APC

The new re-elected Governor of Edo State, Godwin Obaseki, visited President Buhari today,25th September at the Aso Rock, Abuja.

In his interview with a journalist after the meeting with the President, he mentioned that it would be “immoral” for him to return to the All Progressives Congress (APC) according to Daily Post.

Obaseki was disqualified by his former Party (APC) and immediately moved to the People Democratic Party where he defeated APC’s Osagie Ize-Iyamu with a margin of 84,336 votes in last Saturday’s election.

Rumour has been trending that Obaseki might return to APC since he has won his election and also the dismissal of APC Chairman Adams Oshiomole.

The Governor and his Deputy, Philip Shuaibu meet President Buhari to thank him for the successful Election held in Edo state.
