Publisher of Ovation magazine and previous presidential candidate, Dele Momodu, has joined Nigeria’s major opposition party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Momodu made his move to the PDP on Friday, explaining that his decision was based on the need to contribute to the development of the country
“I’ve consulted extensively. And it’s transparent to me that given the harmful and disastrous float that our country has experienced in the past six years, the only party that can rectify the problem of this nation is the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP),” he mentioned within the commentary launched on Friday morning.

“It is deeply saddening and regrettable that some of the biggest and landmark achievements recorded under the PDP administration have been diluted, wasted, or diminished by the present APC government,” he added.
