The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Edo State has stated it could challenge the ruling in its certificates forgery case towards Governor Godwin Obaseki.
A Federal High Court in Abuja presided over by Justice Ahmed Mohammed, on Saturday dominated in favour of Obaseki in the forgery case introduced earlier than it towards the governor by the state opposition party.
However in a press release on Saturday, the Chairman of the Caretaker Committee of the APC within the state, Col. David Imuse, stated that the party would appeal the ruling.
