The rumor circulating about the previous President, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan contesting in 2023 Presidential election. The same story trended online before 2019 presidential election according to Vanguard.

The Northern operatives feel that the previous President could bring back oneness to the country. They mention how Jonathan built Almajari schools across the northern states during his administration.
