Chairman of the All Progressives Congress in Edo, Col. David Imuse (retd.) and Resident Electoral Commissioner of the Independent National Electoral Commission in Akwa Ibom State, Mike Igini have conflicted over supposed plots to rig the September 19 governorship election in edo state.
Imuse charged Igini, a previous Edo REC, of accepting a pay off from Governor Godwin Obaseki of the Peoples Democratic Party based meeting at his private residence in Benin to consummate the apparatus plot.
